Bank transfer at Vipluck
The bank transfer is the oldest and most predictable payment method available — and the one most likely to be stopped in Poland. This page explains why, and what follows from it when planning deposits and payouts. The other routes are on the payments page.
How the transfer runs
The cashier displays recipient details and a transfer title containing the player account identifier. That title is critical: a transfer without the correct identifier drops into manual handling and can sit for days. Funds credit only once they settle on the operator side, so timing follows bank clearing sessions rather than anything the casino controls. An express transfer shortens that stage without skipping any of the checks along the way.
Declared parameters
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Typical minimum deposit | 30 zl |
| Funding time | hours to one business day |
| Declared payout time | 1–3 business days after approval |
| Currency | zloty, provided the account is held in PLN |
Why this route is refused most
The Ministry of Finance register obliges payment service providers to refuse payments to a listed entity. A bank transfer is the most legible transaction in the whole set: sender, recipient, amount and title are all visible. Where a card payment is declined automatically on a category code, a transfer is stopped on recipient data — and when it is stopped, the money comes back, but not immediately.
The same logic runs in reverse. A payout approved and released by the operator may still fail to arrive because the receiving bank blocks an incoming gambling-linked payment. Treat the bank transfer as a secondary route rather than the only way out.
Rules with no exceptions
- The account must belong to the player; a third-party transfer halts the payout at verification.
- Money returns by the route it arrived on — a transfer deposit means a transfer payout to the same account.
- The transfer title must carry the identifier from the cashier, unaltered.
- Where the gaming account is held in a foreign currency, conversion happens twice on a round trip.
When the money does not arrive
Check the account history first to see whether funds left at all. If not, the transaction was refused and returns automatically within a few business days. If they did leave and the balance did not move, you need the transfer confirmation with its reference, date and title. With that document a support ticket can be resolved quickly; without it, it is a recollection. Should the case stall, the escalation route and its limits are covered on the complaints page.
Where it still makes sense
On larger amounts, where percentage costs elsewhere start to matter, and where a complete banking audit trail is wanted. Not as a sole method, and not as an emergency route once other channels have already failed. A workable compromise: fund with a fast method, withdraw by transfer, but keep a verified wallet in reserve.
