Vipluck bonus terms and conditions

The bonus rulebook is the document almost nobody reads and the one that settles every dispute. This page pulls out the clauses that genuinely matter and explains what each one does, so that reading the original takes five minutes rather than half an hour. The promotions themselves are on the bonus page.

General bonus rules

Above every individual promotion sits the operator's general bonus policy. It applies always, including where a specific offer is silent. Three provisions are near-universal: one account per person, no stacking of offers without explicit permission, and the operator's right to amend or end a campaign. The last sounds alarming but is an industry standard; what differs is who supervises that standard — see below.

The clauses that cost the most

ClauseWhat it means in practice
Max bet with bonusA per-bet cap during wagering; a breach voids the promotion
Max cashoutA ceiling on what can be withdrawn from bonus funds; the excess is forfeited
Restricted gamesTitles where bets do not count towards wagering or breach the terms
Wagering cap in timeThe deadline after which the bonus balance expires with its winnings
Sticky bonusA bonus that can never itself be withdrawn — only winnings above its value

Sticky versus non-sticky

This distinction changes the arithmetic of the entire offer. A non-sticky bonus converts to cash in full once wagering closes. A sticky bonus remains fuel only: when wagering ends its nominal value disappears and just the surplus is withdrawable. At the same amount and multiplier the two offers differ by the whole value of the bonus — which is why that word is worth searching for in the terms.

Bonus abuse — what hides under it

The bonus abuse clause is the broadest wording in the document and the source of most disputes. It typically covers opening multiple accounts, betting on opposing outcomes to clear wagering safely, playing only at maximum stakes until the condition closes, and using restricted games. Some of that is obvious, some is not — so with any unusual strategy it is worth asking support before playing rather than after a win is voided.

How to read the terms in five minutes

  1. Find the wagering base and convert it into zloty.
  2. Find the maximum bet during wagering.
  3. Find the cashout ceiling on bonus funds.
  4. Find the deadline and when it starts counting.
  5. Find the restricted games list and compare it with what you play.
  6. Screenshot the whole thing with a visible date.

Step one is expanded on the wagering page.

Why archiving matters more in Poland

Because promotions from an operator without a Polish permit are not supervised by the Ministry of Finance. There is no Polish body to complain to about mid-campaign changes. All a player holds is their own documentation and the route described on the complaints page: a ticket to operator support with a case number, then escalation to the regulator that issued the operator's licence. A dated screenshot of the terms is the primary evidence in that process.
